I (colored man) walked in before a caucasian gentlemen and seen an older caucasian manager make eye contact to the both of us and proceeded to offer help to the caucasian gentleman first yet I came in before him. Manger Pretended to not acknowledge me or even speak to me at all. Nothing but RACISM

Had my battery tested. Of course it was a bad battery but other then selling me a battery they saw it was still under warranty and told me to take it where I got it from to honor the warranty. Very nice staff.

I want to say thank You Mr. GEORGE for your assistance and know exactly what the problem is with no time wasted 💯Here at AutoZone they have great customer service, and every employer is ready and willing to come help and or take a look at whats troubling the automobile.

I was In the Store This Morning buying Transmission Fluid There was No Help at The Counter. Had to actually walk behind the Counter To the office area and ask For help the Nice Lady that came out To help was Very Pleasant. However the Other Lady Who i think is the Parts Manager came Out To help Who i Think was a Haitian Customer. The gentleman was having a Hard time communicating with her. She was the rudest most hateful person I’ve seen in quite some time. she was absolutely nasty to the gentleman who I saw left with nothing but more Frustration. Is this The kind of customer service you foster at your stores I was embarrassed as a Human being to have witnessed this today 7/22/25 about 9am
