The manager (Angelique) would not return an unused, unopened, tool (I had receipt in hand) only purchased two days ago. He claimed it had been used and re packaged which is impossible due to the nature of the packaging…. I have given this AutoZone thousands while keeping my vehicles maintained. I will drive a little bit farther to be treated better. (Practice better customer service)

Had an incredible experience at this AutoZone today thanks to the manager, Angelique! She went out of her way to help me find the part I needed for my car! Total lifesaver!!!! I hope AutoZone appreciates and rewards exemplary employees like her! Customer service like this is hard to find these days! Will definitely be coming back! 5 stars.
