We’ve taken our car to Back Automotive twice now, and every time they have been absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top-notch — Matt and Sabrina are both so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s such a relief to finally find an honest, reliable mechanic right next to our new home. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and done right, and we always leave feeling confident about the work on our car. We’re so happy we found this place and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Do you remember many years ago when a good mechanic would do quality work for a fair price? Well, Backs Automotive is that place. For YEARS I've been putting off repairs to my truck because of the crazy labor costs in this valley. Let's just say, after new struts, springs, replaced rear door latch, headlight buckets and bulbs, Im driving again. Matt, is polite, fair, honest and hard working, he is my mechanic now. As a retiree, I dont say that lightly.

I recommend Back’s if you need a smog or something else done! Everyone was nice and helpful! I think Charles did my smog & Sabrina helped me with my paper work :) .Thank you also to Krisha who recommended them to me , thru UPS when I helped her . I will be back if I need more services!
