I recently had an outstanding experience at this AutoZone location that went far beyond typical customer service. I needed to order a special order part for my truck, and the team didn't just process my order—they genuinely went the extra mile to help me get back on the road. Alejandro aka Alex was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, ensured the part was ordered correctly, and even allowed me to park my truck at their location while I waited for the part to arrive the next day. This Autozone location will tow your vehicle IF you do not hear a store employee warning or IF they do not identify your vehicle properly. Due to parking issues, a tow truck company comes around every half hour and selects a parked vehicle of someone they suspect is NOT shopping in the Autozone Store. I was in the store and heard something about a Mercedes GL430 and paid no attention. I paid and as I walked to my vehicle, A Mercedes ML55 the tow was taking place. A minute longer and my rare Mercedes ML would have been towed away. I will not shop in this store . Do so at possible peril.

Today Sunday, 12/21/25, I was in at this San Pedro AutoZone store, the associate that helped me was Nicholas Younker cohea, his customer service was fantastic he went above and beyond helping me with my car repair needs as well as providing me with the appropriate replacement parts. I was raised in San Pedro and I have never been treated this great at this AutoZone store before. I just really wanna thank him for his professional customer service skills.
