YOHAIRA at the sanford location at 46 and international parkway is the absolute best! She should run the place or region. She was the only person who helped me, seemed to be doing it all, and was the only staff not on their personal cell phone or with their head down. She was greeting people, doing outside car battery stuff for customers, and had a line of people waiting for her. She was professional, kind, honest, and helpful. I was getting a run around about my car from another store that’s a competitor and the dealer. She was clearly knowledgeable, saved me money, and ultimately she was 100% correct with the guidance she had. If it wasn’t for her I would have been taken for $624 for something I had coverage for with my battery I already had purchased previously!!! She even knew with the

Bought a battery at this location on 2/4. Went back on 2/6 to return the battery, as I did not need it. Turns out, the battery wasn’t the problem to my starting issues. The Lady at the front desk said they couldn’t accept the ‘still new’ battery- and turned me away. What the heck?? This cost me $250- and the battery wasn’t what I needed. I have contacted Corporate.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at AutoZone today from Malcon. When my car broke down due to battery issues, Malcon was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to provide support without expecting anything in return. It's a blessing to encounter such genuine and honest customer service, and I am truly grateful for his assistance during a stressful situation. I was able to get back to work within minutes. Thank you Malcon for making a difference!

Sam is an excellent member of the team. Helped me find an oil filter for my truck, and retrieved it for me so I wouldn't have to waste time looking all around for it.

Dropped off battery to be charged. They never did. I came back 3 days later. They tested it said it's bad. It was 6 months old. I took it home and used jumper cables. It starts my atv now fine.
