AutoZone Auto Parts

With the oncoming storm coming I decided to buy some new windshield wipers. The only wipers left were $ 80.00 but at any price I knew they were needed. The next morning around 7:40 am i in stoped by again to see if he could install them. I believe he was the manager. He flat out refused saying he was alone. Seconds later the clerk who sold them to me came to the front.. the store just opened maybe one person in the store. I’m 82 year old disabled veteran. with a long drive ahead of me. This would have taken seconds to install.

I bought wipers and they were understaffed and busy so no one could help me for a while so I just waited. Israel, who works there but wasn’t working that day (he stopped by to buy something for his car) said he’d help me out and put them on for me. What a guy! Wasn’t even working and took the time to do that. Good karma for him! Thank you, Israel!

I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone. I was trying to go to work, and realized that my battery had died. After jumpstarting it I drove to AutoZone, my battery was not easy To replace because it was Jerry rigged in there in some weird way. The manager was super kind and helped me. I was in a hurry to get to work, He helped me find what I needed quickly and helped me replace it as well. Couldn't ask for a better customer service. Made a stressful situation a heck of a lot less stressful

Staff is borderline incompitant. They really don't understand much about automotive anything. The prices on just about everything instock are insulting. That being said, I have spent ove r 3k there last year alone.
