Check engine light came on on my way to Bandelier National Park, which is a day ruined for sure (typically) so I was bummed. But ... Tony came out and checked it for free. The code readers are about $40-$50 so he just saved me a lot of money. He also gave me advice on what the problem could possibly be. Which never happens so I was thrilled! Every time I go to Santa Fe I'm going to drive to this AutoZone if I'm having any problems. Just because I KNOW I'm getting true honest advice. The most altruistic professional and kind people I've ever met in this industry. HIGHLY recommend!!

The 2 guys in there tonight were really helpful, I think one of the guys name were Steven. Wonderful helpful explanations to help me understand my own vehicle and what could possibly help. The guy even came out and inspected my car for me to help make the best decisions. I recommended this main store highly and I come here for all my needs.

Awesome service from a young man named Nate. Great people person. Made me feel like I was shopping at Ike Godsy’s store in the “Walton’s “. I called earlier in the day to request information. Which he gave me. I called later in the day and he assured me he would have the item on the counter and calculated my cost. Nate let me know he would be there ready to attend to me. I got there, product was ready I looked inside the box to make sure . I had spent the afternoon calling other auto centers only to hang up feeling more confused. He didn’t laugh when I said I knew mechanics but didn’t turn wrenches. Nate knows a lady and treats her with respect even if she knows mechanics. Awesome fellow.

Shout out to Allen. I’ve been having the worst time finding a brake switch and while he was unable to help me get the part at Autozone, he referred me to a place in Santa Fe. Happy to finally be one step closer to fixing my issue.
