Chris helped me change the light bulbs in my car. He was awesome!

We had a online order and they had it ready in less than an hour.. very nice helpful people there.

The customer service is horrible, they talk more than they listen. Too busy engaged in other conversations to pay attention. They’ll let you stand there for long periods of time without even acknowledging your presence. They looked overwhelmed, tired, under appreciated! The experience was not great! & instead of exchanging the part they refunded the money and want me to pay for the replacement upfront and had the balls😩 to blame my bank. Ummm excuse me! Do better

Thank you Mr.Curtis for the good customer service

The manager Elizabeth was a great help, she researched and explained what I needed and even helped me save some money in the process. She was a big help, as well as the other employees. It was a great experience.
