Christopher and Stephanie were great tonight. They worked and went well over and beyond the call of duty to help me fix my car. I am thankful for their attention to detail, their work ethic, and their silliness to help. When you are in the service industry, you recognize people who are servant leaders. I have never had a problem with customer service. They are friendly and helpful. I cannot say the same for other part stores. This location usually has what I need in stock and carries quality products.

Chris of autozone Shelby is by far the kindest most accommodating manger I have delt with at ANY establishment. We need more people like this in customer-service. We are all lucky to have him here in Shelby and he makes Autozone look good!

Broke down on the side of the road was able to pull into this AutoZone. Tim and Stephanie absolutely took care of me. Got me everything. I need to change my spark plugs and back on the road perfect service.

I had placed an order online & picked up some items at another location for my son to work on my car. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong parts. On Sunday, I was back home in Shelby & thought I'd try to return the parts since I wasn't sure about an online return or when I'd be back at the other store. I had no idea it was going to be so confusing, but I forgot my son & I both have accounts under the same phone #. The parts manager, Thomas W., went above and beyond to get my returns processed for me. Because there were multiple orders, the returns had to be done separately. I felt bad for being so difficult, but Thomas reassured me it was no big deal. He got everything taken care of, all the returns/refunds were processed and I'm a happy customer.
