I was traveling back home when the belt broke on my car, and I was stuck on the side of the road just over the Montana state line. I called more than one auto parts store trying to find help, but when I called the Sheridan AutoZone, Jeremiah answered — and I’m so thankful he did. Jeremiah went above and beyond to help me get the exact belt I needed. He took my information, was incredibly kind and patient with me during a very stressful situation, and made the whole process so much easier. After taking my payment, he told me he was about to get off work and he would be more than happy to bring the belt to me! Recently went in here looking for an oil drain pan only because Walmart was out of stock, picked one out, the employee mentioned i can get a bundle deal with the pan and accessories, and also informed me about the $20 minimum purchase point system (spend $20 five visits equaling $100 spent and you get a $20 credit to spend in the store or online. Very awesome) and it was a huge difference in service since the last time i walked in there. (5 years ago) Now i have been going back there very often and the experience has been pleasant each time and i have already earned my first $20 credit.

Be careful! California plants running this store. Been using this store for over 10 years. Got told they would honor their return policy when purchasing 2 batteries. Didn’t end up needing them and brought them back in two days with the receipt. Ben (this stores “manager”) told me that nobody told me I could return unused batteries; essentially calling me a liar and his employee would of never told me that. Then he told me that the batteries were compromised and they couldn’t restock them. Then said that they best they could do is store credit. Which contradicts the fact that they’re going to restock them anyways and that they just don’t want to honor their return policy and refund me.
