Outstanding service! I came in looking for a new battery. Robert looked up the part, saw that my current battery was purchased through them, and quickly installed my new one. From start to finish I couldn't have been there longer than 15 minutes. He was incredibly kind and helpful.

I haven’t had a good experience at this Autozone. Wrong parts, lost a piece of my girlfriend’s headlight when they offered to install new bulbs for her. Not only that but they said they would have to remove the bumper and headlight to replace a headlight bulb. I did it in the dark of my driveway in 5 minutes. Can’t recommend going here unless you know exactly what you need. Even then the prices are very inflated compared to Walmart or online.

I recently needed to purchase 3 windshield wiper blades from the Sherwood store. My previous ones were well overdue. Dagony did an amazing job and was persistent in getting the difficult to remove old ones off. He went out of his way to provide great customer service. I will be back to purchase my auto parts products with AutoZone in Sherwood.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at AutoZone Sherwood. I ordered a full exhaust system, but the staff returned and canceled my order without explanation. When I addressed the issue, they promised an upgraded replacement, but instead provided a muffler far below the specifications I requested. Upon requesting a swap, they refused, claiming it wasn’t under warranty. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was frustrating. I strongly recommend taking special orders to O’Reilly Auto Parts instead and limiting AutoZone visits to basic purchases like washer fluid.
