I have been taking my Toyota here for around 3 years now. I first took it to Bowman Motors after the dealer gave me results with their multi inspection that my transmission fluid needed changing and was dark. Given I only had around 47K miles on my car at that time, I wanted a second opinion. Plus the dealer always charges too much $$$. A former co-worker told me about this place and said that Blake had told him what was wrong with his car and that he could fix it for $$ or my co-worker could fix it himself. That to me, spells integrity which is so difficult to find now days. After Blake looked at it, I was expecting to be told my car was in great shape at 47000 miles instead, I was told that in all his years working on cars, he had never seen such dark transmission fluid! Amazing mechanic with prices that are beyond reasonable! I'm a farm girl with lots of experience dealing with car problems. When I needed a new water pump and timing belt, I was dreading the whole experience of finding a mechanic. Blake confirmed my issue and found some others but said that they could be done later. He never tried to strong arm me into more repairs than needed and never talked down to me. He showed me all the prices for parts and he is generous with his labor. He is super fast and efficient. He got everything done in a quarter of the time others had quoted. I look forward to doing business with him again, which is something I have NEVER said regarding a mechanic.
