Chip was very rude to me while I was in the store. He lacks patience and good communication. Every customer you run into will not know about YOUR company/store. Some people will need a little extra explaining , especially a young woman like myself that doesn’t know too much about cars. He rushed me during my transaction but took fifteen minutes with another customer who was a different race than me. He was very rude to me. He kept cutting me off. Every question I asked him, it was a dry, short response back. Chip needs training on dealing with customers! Food for thought Chip: it’s not what you say, it’s HOW you say it.
