Anita and Roxy are AMAZING!!! My battery was dead, so they replaced it, but the new battery did not want to work either. They worked tirelessly to make sure that I had a battery that worked and that everything was connected correctly. I am so thankful for them, for the hard work and kindness that they provided, and for the way they did not stop until everything was right. What an amazing team!!

I went in to get battery checked out and was taken care by Jim. Jim is a real asset to the company! He went above and beyond to get me taken care of. His personality along with his excellent customer service makes him a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend going to this location if the rest of the staff has the same attitude as Jim. Thanks for the excellent service sir!

Worst customer service ever. I was looking for help with a worker i believe his name is Jonathan. I said excuse me i have 1 question he cut me off mid sentence and said "wait" in a rude way and just left. We were left standing there and he never came back . I know he was busy at the time but there is ways to say things we understand he cannot do a lot of things at once , but the way you approach people is very important I heard him being kind and gentle to the rest of the people we shouldn't be the exception.

I wish I could leave more than five stars. I came in a few weeks ago for new headlight bulb replacements. Faith did a great job helping us install and teaching us how to replace them in the future. This location is much better than the one on South Deshong.

Returned a battery I never used the yt guy start cussing and making every excuse not to take it back including pulling out a tester I'm like this dude lol then gonna have the nerve to say it don't work... Im thinking what the hell is dude problem luckily his coworker new it was defective again never used it but I thought he was tripping
