Wonderful and reliable service! I was having issues with my car battery so I took it here. Ian ran a diagnostics check and charged my battery at no cost. Will definitely be coming here with all my car needs.

I've been driving and fixing my own vehicles for forty years, and I have never seen anything like what happened at this Souderton AutoZone. I went in to pick up some parts, and when I got to the register to pay with cash-which is still legal tender in this country, last I checked-the store manager, a young man named Drake, told me he couldn't take it. His excuse? They had "not enough change in the store." I didn't have a card on me, and cash was the only way I had to pay. Instead of the manager finding a solution or acting like he wanted my business, he just stood there and let me walk out empty-handed. It's a sad state of affairs when a big outfit like AutoZone can't handle a simple cash transaction. I'll be taking my business to a shop that actually knows how to run a cash drawer. Unac

WOW! This is the BEST Auto zone store around! I needed help today and the people at Hatfield Auto Zone were not helpful. Jamo and Andrew at Souderton Auto Zone went above and beyond to help. THANK YOU! What a great place.

AutoZone really came through today. I had a list of parts to pick up — spark plugs, brakes, suspension components — the full setup. What could’ve been a hassle turned into a quick hour thanks to how well-stocked and organized everything was. It made the job a lot easier to tackle. Big shoutout to Andy for the help.
