AutoZone Auto Parts

I hate getting parts from this store! You call and you immediately go onto hold and then they wont even take you off hold i called 3 times and they still didnt have time to give me a call back or took me off hold i waited 10 mins each call! If I could rate this store, Id rate it a 0 out of 5. Whenever I go in person they always have a attitude! Your better buying your parts at oreillys! They have better customer service! And yeah Im aware its the one autozone that has most of the parts due to it being the hub of autozone. I'd rather go to a bunch of other autozones then this one!

The manager Jose bravo helped me out a lot with fixing my tail lights, he even helped me pick out the lights i needed. i really appreciated that cause he took his time outta his day to help me!

Gabriela went WAY above and beyond to help us find a part. We had been sent from a different location but without a part number and it was a difficult part to find. She called back to the other store, had to wait on hold, track down the right associate, and have them help her figure out the part. When we looked at it, it wasn't exactly what we needed (we needed the nylon washer inside the part) so she helped us find the right size and material. I was so impressed! What a great associate!

Yesterday I came to this store location after having had a real bad experience with a manager at another location closer to my home for the second time. I went in and explained what had happened at the other store (from my agitated perspective) in as civil a tone as I could. At first I refused to speak with anyone but a manager, but the employee that was at the counter when I came in (Austin), said he could help me, after I told him that I wanted to speak with someone who could help me with a complaint regarding a manager at another store. He assured me that he could help me with that , and asked me to explain what happened. I told him about my attempt to get a refund for some unused UNOPENED heavy gear oil. I took him two days to get done what was needed in order to accomplish it but he

This store is amazing.. yes it gets very busy but all employees are doing there best in helping all customers. Thank you bravo for all your amazing work, keep up the great work guys!
