My friend goes in there store and buys brake pads that they recommended on their app for her kind of vehicle and I pull off the old ones and they were about an inch and a half shorter than the ones they recommended. I'm not going to put the old ones back on to go get the right ones so I ended up riding my bike up there and it was about 40 blocks one way. I checked the reviews on the set of pads they recommended and lot of people had to take them back because they were the wrong ones . Are they not taking notes when people bring items back that they believe fit certain vehicles or what ? They are wasting people's time and gas money by not taking a minute to correct there parts and vehicle fitment to save us the trouble of buying the wrong part .

Had a terrible experience tonight with a woman I believe named Jessica (dark burgundy/purple hair). Her coworker mentioned she was in some kind of executive or lead role, but she acted anything but professional. She was dismissive, rude, and completely ignored both me and her younger coworker — who was clearly new and actually trying to help. We asked for assistance multiple times and she straight up cold-shouldered us. Super uncalled for and disrespectful. If this is how management treats customers (and their own team), that says a lot about this location.

Pretty par for the course. Understand that this is a retail business and not an automotive business. 90% of the staff either knows nothing about cars or is spreading false information. As long as you know that going in then you should be fine.

Super cool dudes here! Had to get a new battery and not only were they funny, but they got a good price for me and had me back on the road within about 10 min. Def recommend these guys!

I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone! The staff were knowledgeable and super helpful, answering all my questions and finding exactly what I needed. The prices were great too! I'm so impressed with the level of service and will definitely be back for all my car care needs. 5 stars!
