Clean organized and good staff makes coming here a good experience. No one hovers over you asking a million questions or pretending to follow you around as you shop. But car wise for parts and odds and ends this place is like toys r us fr adults.

Went in for a battery replacement, the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The female at the register looked up which battery was correct and was very pleasant.and ensured my battery can be installed by an employee. My battery was installed with zero issue, the man who installed it was fast and efficient. Great experience. Wish I got their names to give them the proper, well deserved shout out

I went there today to buy a battery for my 2013 Rav4. I was extremely upset and extremely emotional. The salesperson Sean took his time and asked me if I needed a hug. Which i'm most definitely did! I kindly accepted that hug. I have never in my life felt more calm and Appreciated by a salesperson. He then explained the 2 options for my vehicle. He installed the battery I chose with such professionalism. He was kind and caring. I can't say enough Good things about him. There should be more people employed like him by autozone on richmond avenue in staten island again.I highly recommend this autozone and use Sean.

Helpful staff but inside is on smaller side so limited browsing. They will help you find products at other stores if not in stock, so that's appreciated.
