I was 8hrs from home, I had a battery issue that needed to be resolved that evening. I located the closest store which happend to be store 1720 and I was able to make it about 40 min before closing. I asked if somebody can test my battery and Joey stepped in and said" I will handle it". He tested the battery and recommended the proper replacement. At 820pm an over 4hr drive back ro my hotel i was anxious about getting it installed. Joey was able to swap the battery and get me back on the road. While it might seem like an easy task the stress that was relieved of having not to worry was great. While standing inside waiting for Joey to swap the battery Bill was pleasant and talkative and was polite. These 2 guys were awesome and very helpful. THANK YOI SO MUCH! JOEY AND BILL you guys

I came in for brake spray and the two guys at the downtown Steubenville location at 7pm was absolutely no help nor did they want to help at all. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had a AutoZone. They are usually very helpful and great attitudes. They close at 8 o’clock, which is unfortunate. I hope that wasn’t the reason why they didn’t want to help with anything.

This place is always busy . The young man that was helping me was very fast and helpful to get me checked out.

The two employees working just before close this evening 8/15/25 saved us! My sister and I are traveling from out of town with our kids and her serpentine belt broke. They not only helped us, two people with zero mechanical knowledge, stay calm and let our girls hang out in their AC, and sold us the right part, but helped us find a very kind mechanic to fix it when we realized every auto shop in town was closed. In the anxiety of the night, I forgot to ask their names but they really did go above and beyond for us and it is so very appreciated. Give them a raise because they certainly deserve it!!!!
