Car buying at Team Toyota was great. Mike Wineman was an A+ salesman. Was looking at new Tahoes but with Gms reliability right now I couldn’t fathom spending that kind of money on one with all of the problems Gm had been having .After watching many videos and doing a lot of reading I decided on the 2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum. 35 mpg. Plus I saved over $35,000. Was almost a no brainer.

Frustrating issue with my 2006 Tundra! Air injection pump system which was an issue soon after these gen 1 Tundras were built ! They didn’t have this on 2000 -2003 but decided to screw up a good thing! Had my 2000 tundra for 22 years! Flawless reliability! Within days of buying this replacement 2006 with 88k on her these lights started! Spend $2k on repair / replacement only to have the engine light and this system throwing code after code! I’m frustrated and I’m sure the people at team are also! They have been great to work with during this debacle! Toyota is a great brand as I’ve had 10-15 in 35 years but this is not cool and needs an answer which none of us seem to find!

I found that the Service Desk Personnel were very helpful and courteous. I also got an email from the Service Tech saying that the inspection was completed and that there were no issues. I always ask for the lug nuts to be hand torqued , hopefully he did that. Overall, the experience was very good.

This was my first new car purchase, and Gregory Whitehurst was such a great salesman, very fair and clear with explaining everything to me. He came back 30 minutes before closing just to discuss lowering the price of the rav4 with me and my son and convinced his boss to just for us. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would come back in a decade to do business with him again. The car was priced fairly and even still he lowered the price for us. I'm so thankful.
