I bought a headlight relay for my 2012 Camry the other day. Before purchasing it, I specifically asked whether I could return it if it didn’t work. The salesperson told me yes, as long as the item was still in the packaging and in resellable condition. What he didn’t mention was that the part must not be installed or tested, otherwise they won’t take it back. Now I’m being told by another employee that I should have had a mechanic check the issue before buying anything. If that’s the case, what’s the point of coming to AutoZone at all? A mechanic will get the part from wherever they prefer anyway. Honestly, I should’ve gone to Advance Auto from the start. I was so frustrated that I threw the part in the trash right there in the store. If they want to resell it, they can go ahead.

It was really good experience. Daniel helped me out with the check engine light code. Daniel has very positive approach towards solving the problem. I was misguided by local auto workshops and also by the dealership, but Daniel gave me a correct advice and solve my problem.

Anthony (Grey Shirt) was able to help resolve my warranty issue. Been going to this location for years and it’s been great. Seen some new faces, but the service hasn’t changed. Thank you
