the Sullivan store has the 2 most patient, helpful, polite guys there.. Kevin and Chris were AWSOME... I appreciate and wish I could make the give u a bonus or a raise... Thanks for all your help and insight to has solution...

Great place knowledgeable staff

I came into the store this afternoon thinking that I needed a couple of important filters for my car that the auto shop told me I desperately needed. Douglas Kelley at the 901 S Section St in Sullivan Indiana took the time to go out and check the "needed" filters on my car and found that they were perfectly fine. I will be going to this store from now on for two reasons. The employees are upfront and honest with every customer and it's location is closer for me to go to for auto parts.

Obviously I was having an issue with my vehicle not running well. I went in and asked if they could read the code because my engine like was on. The representative did not hesitate to do so. I was then able to get my part with great customer service.

We had a long day and to top it off our car starts to die so we barely make it into the AutoZone parking lot we're wigging out trying to figure it out and the staff offers solutions from their experience the Sullivan store manager Douglas Kelly got us on track and back on the road I tried giving him a tip ( idk if they can accept them ) and he told us he just likes to help . Excellent staff super helpful and knowledgeable.
