Update on the Sullivan automotive about my truck. Was told after spending all this money and the AbS break light is still on and a scrubbing sound. Crawled under it looking for the reason and found the star drive bolts on my break calibers ar all stripped and ground out. It's fresh bright metal. So it's new. Do not take your vehicle to these people!!! Compete rip off and more damage.

I'd give them 10 stars if possible! Great place! Sullivan Automotive Group is a fantistic shop. I ran into car trouble with 2 different cars and these guys were the most helpful mechanics I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm a 37 year old woman and I don't get honesty or respect at many car shops often. But this place was very honest and understanding of my situation. They went above and beyond to help me out. They asked great troubleshooting questions and we were able to get to the bottom of a months long issue with 1 of my cars! They even rode around with me so that I could show them the "noise issue". We bought a brand new camper off of Sullivan auto. The water heater went out on warranty. We called and scheduled a repair. We were working out of town so our camper was completely disconnected from water and power. They came to do the repair. We never received any calls about how the repair went or anything. The campground called us saying that water was pouring from the front door of the camper and the whole yard was flooding. So the water had been running long enough it had overfilled the tanks and was now running out of the camper door. And the door was locked. So the camp ground shut off all water going to the camper to stop the flooding while I called Sullivan auto. It was a complete nightmare. Great people at Sullivan automotive not pushy we have found the perfect truck and was able to work with Dalton Robinson on it very quick and easy worked with us to get where we wanted to be on it paperwork was ready quickly in and out thanks again to dalton and Sullivan automotive
