I had a bad battery and it was near closing time when I arrived at autozone. I was concerned about being able to get home but Juan assisted me quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional and helped me understand the different options available. It was a very pleasant experience and I am so grateful for his service and for easing my stress about getting home safely.

Juan was amazing; excellent customer services. I came in and needed help with finding the right oil for my car he was very patient and took the time to explain the importance of getting the right oil and he was kind enough to check it and put it in for me.
