I went to get a couple things and I needed a set of windshield wipers for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I was told they only had 1 of the $13.99 wipers and they were out and had to order the $ 15.99 wipers. I said to the salesperson that I didn't mind paying a little more because I really needed wipers. Another salesperson brought the salesperson I was speaking with a set of wipers and I paid with my debit card thinking = HOW much more could they possibly be ? Surely No more than $20.00 a piece probably $40 to $45at most. When I got home I looked at my receipt I was Astonished! Two wipers COST me $ 63. 98 ! I was driving my 08 jeep wrangler NOT A Dang B.M.W. or A CORVETTE or A Ferrari! I would of thought before the wipers were range up the salesman would of said since we are out of the $ 13

Thank you Andrew ! He saved me so much money!!!!!. He Was patient with me plugging in my old number and saved me HUNDREDS by finding my account under my old info. He tested my battery and alternator and found that I have warranty’s on both! Was able to replace my battery kindly and I’m walking away more than satisfied. I’m so appreciative for your help sir. 10/10!!!

I have been a customer at AutoZone for many years and have always had great service so the first time I got disrespectful customer service from Marcus T I brushed it off (everyone has bad days) but after receiving blatantly disrespectful customer service including crude language from Marcus T a second time I will be going elsewhere.

The employee that helped me today. His name was marcus, he had a crappy attitude with me and the aaa technician, that was with me.Trying to ensure that I was taking care of safe and back on the road again.
