Norris Tire and Service

Bought a new car and took it here for an oil change. Gave them Mobil oil filter and Mobil oil. Well, went to change my oil, which I normally do and found out they changed the oil but left the old oil filter, and most likely kept or threw the one I gave them away. Issue was oil filter cartridge cap was on too tight. At no time did anyone explain the situation, simply lied hoping they would not get caught. If you care about your vehicle, go somewhere else. Not a reputable business.

When our car broke down on a Friday afternoon, they made sure to get us going again to the beach before sunset! Very kind and reasonable pricing as well! Would absolutely recommend it!

While traveling through the area we needed brakes in a bad way. Even though they were booked for the day they took the time to get us in first thing in the morning and get us back in the road!!!!
