I had a very positive experience with Gil G at this Auto Zone location. He listened respectfully to my engine issues, presented some possible solutions and ultimately changed out my faulty battery with speed and complete professionalism I highly recommend him and hope the store recognizes his value!

I went in 10 minutes before closing with a burned out headlight and a young gentleman name Brock was kind enough to help me out. He showed me where the headlights were, took the time to explain the difference between the grades, and even helped replace them both! I truly appreciate the level of care Brock offered me. Thank you again, sir!

I needed a battery and David was very knowledgeable in testing and changing it with excellenct customer service! Then Robert was so efficient in helping with the process swapping out batteries and refunding difference with out skipping a beat getting the job done:)

Spark plugs wore out during a 7 hour trip. Got all the tools and parts we needed, they even had a code reader for the check engine light. I was able to work on the car in the parking lot.

They only got a one star review because zero Stars was not an option...The kid that "helped me" was anything but helpful and the manager just watched and didn't say a word, customer service seems to be lost in The Dalles 😐
