AutoZone Auto Parts

I had a wonderful and very informative experience at this location. Centeria was the absolute best!!! She deserves a raise!

The people here are great I met this guy who was telling me about this part that I was trying to get when he told me where I can get it from so my pocket was a little lean for their prices and this lady that works that she puts in bulbs and she put them in so fast you don't even know she don't put it in I asked her how long she been doing and she said about five years great people I shop with them all the time

I was traveling from Atlanta to South Carolina on 8/10/22. I had an alternator go out in my 2014 GMC Sierra on I-20. I made it to the parking lot of the Advance Auto right across the street. But their alternators were priced to HIGH and the greeting in the place WAS NOT to friendly. I walked across the street to Auto Zone in Thomson, GA and was helped by a young lady named Kiarra Freeman...(I believe that was her name). She was very friendly and very helpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem AND match up the alternator. Her overall attitude was positive. This means a lot when you are broke down approximately 120 miles from home b/c you become instantly frustrated and aggravated, especially at 10:30 in the am. Its still nice people in the world. Shot out to Kiarra and the other

Ahmad Jeffery was so helpful when changing my battery and any other things I needed help with. Ahmad didn’t show any signs of frustration or agitation when dealing with me, or any other customers. He just kept his smile and kept his hands working. Great employee. Mrs. Walker

Kenny, was amazing at changing my battery out. I really appreciate his help
