My husband and I have always shopped at your store with satisfaction, however I stopped in today to purchase a battery without my husband and the young man working was not helpful at all and acted like I was bothering him 😞

Ordered a jump starter online. The email receipt explicitly states AutoZone will email when ready for pick up. Waited 3 hours and no email. Drove to AutoZone and the starter was sitting behind the counter. 2 young guys were working on this Saturday and the one behind the counter gave me an attitude for inquiring about the pickup email and simply walked away. AutoZone needs to hire employees without an attitude for simple customer service.
