Walmart Auto Care Center

I've been using this place for oil changes for about a year now. Employees are pretty friendly especially Weldon. He's soft spoken but very nice. Sometimes my vehicle is ready before the estimated time frame and sometimes it's a little later but not by much. I haven't gotten tires from here yet but I would definitely consider it. The only thing I don't like about Walmart/Sam's Club Auto Care Centers is that don't do wheel alignments. Two tips for anyone considering using this place for their vehicle: 1) Make an appointment IN STORE/IN PERSON or over the phone. Apparently you can schedule online but the same thing applies here that applied at an NTB in my hometown: the online system doesn't know how many other appointments were already scheduled that day or time frame. They try to over charge on my oil change saying it’s recommended when I have got the some oil 5w 30 then all of a sudden it’s Ow40 which the most expensive 54$ from 5 months ago to 100$ today .. Ryan will lie as well.. luckily I kept my receipts from all my oils changes, the higher management helped me today and seen how I was treated and lied to I truly believe it’s bc I’m a female ..

Took vehicle in this morning for balance and rotation and was denied service because there was “a nail in the tire” - we inspected tires couldn’t find a nail. Went to New Market Tires and they confirmed NO NAIL. They said whoever looked at it is either blind, incompetent, or lazy. Not our first issue with this tire center, will never be back!
