Young man changed my battery. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable service. Last name Walker at Wysox, PA store.

My Fiance and I are traveling out of state. We were 1.5 hours away from our destination (4.5 hours from home) when our car broke down. Luckily, we broke down at AutoZone. Unfortunately, we have zero tools in the van. Jake from AutoZone has been absolutely phenomenal! He's been out in the cold helping my fiance fix a cylinder 3 missfire for quite some time now. This man is an angel. We appreciate you, Jake!

Our battery was dying and since it was Sunday the options were limited. It was freezing. We managed to get our car to the store. They were friendly and professional. They were helpful and installed the new battery for us. We were on our way within 20 mins. Will use them again!

I went to the store looking for some help. I had a sticking brake caliper. Throughout the whole process, Chris expertly offered his advice, greatly aiding in my repair. Always helpful. I've been in 3 times within a 2 week period and I've had exceptional help. I had no idea what brakes to get for the truck but I was helped right away and wasn't pushed into buying the most expensive ones. They showed me the prices and the ones they preferred, that is TRUE customer service. I'll always come to this store from now on and defiantly recommend to others.
