There was a very responsible female employee at this shop. When I needed to replace my car battery, the screws were rusted. She found the right screws for me and replaced them. I was very grateful and gave her a small tip. I forgot to ask her name!

I usually don’t write many reviews, but this employee truly deserves recognition. Rodney went above and beyond and showed exceptional knowledge as a sales rep. I walked in just planning to grab some oil and walked out with a whole new outlook on saving money and getting to know my vehicle better by doing my own oil change. Thank you, Rodney, for helping me get everything I needed and for showing me how simple it can be with the videos you recommended. I’ll definitely be returning — and I might even try tackling more of my own repairs!

Yesterday I called the store to ask for a particular part and gave the car information because I'm not familiar with cars. The guy said "We have a whole bunch of them, different ones, you would have to come in and look." which wasn't very helpful. I had the intention to go in yesterday night but with the lack of effort to help, I decided to wait until today to go in person. With the expectation of dealing with the same person I was on the phone with, I decided to go in with my brother just in case I wasn't going to receive help from an employee. Well to my surprise I was helped by Ron, he greeted myself and my brother with a positive and professional demeanor. He gave both of us an even amount of eye contact and spoke to BOTH of us equally (even though you can tell I knew nothing of cars.

Have been using this location for almost a decade and very satisfied but today was very special. Arrived early for my online order Ms. Carter understood I was in a rush and got my part from the aisle AND gladly installed it! Thank you.

1/26/26 pulled up at autozone to have my engine light check great service no long lines , shots out to Dylan outside checking batteries check engine lights that man was out there shoveling snow to help a lady get out the lot he did all that and helped me with in 20 min , shots out to that whole staff fr they nvr disappoint me atleast 💯
