The team was very helpful. Tested then installed a new battery when the store down the street couldn't do anything for us. Our future auto needs will be met at AutoZone.

Joey G, the store manager, was absolutely awesome! He went above and beyond with A+ customer service—even stepping outside in 101-degree heat to help me track down a blown fuse. Truly appreciated his dedication and willingness to help!

Came back from vacation and noticed my car was having issues starting. Got it started and raced over to the Autozone on Pat Booker! Greeted by David B. And was nothing but helpful to me! Checked if battery was dead, which it was… then replaced battery for me in a super quick manner as if I was in the pit at a NASCAR race! Thanks so much for your great customer service David B.!! Highly recommend this Autozone on Pat Booker!

Do NOT come here. The employees are lazy and have no integrity. They refused to change my battery out. First they said they didn't have a tool to "reset the computer". When I pointed out that my vehicle didn't require the computer reset to change the battery they then said they wouldn't change it because, and I quote, "It's dark outside and we close in an hour." So I told them fine, I'll go to O'Reilly's. They tried telling me that O'Reilly's would say the same thing. Guess what? O'Reilly's actually changed my battery in the dark, with only a 10mm wrench and a 1/2 in. socket with ratchet and extension. NO COMPUTER RESET TOOL NEEDED! So if you actually want help replacing parts, go to O'Reilly's because AutoZone is too lazy to do their jobs. They've lost me as a customer and I'll be sure t
