D & M Service Center

We have been here a few times with multiple vehicles. They are always quick, great at communicating and they explain things really well. Especially for me who understands nothing about car. They are very fair and honest with their pricing. I am so happy we were recommended here!

D&M is the best around Universal City!! Everyone from Caleb at the front to Phil in the shop to John the owner himself… wonderful, very skilled personnel. I will always go back no matter what issues I have with my vehicle because they’re honest with your car and fair with pricing!

I have been going to D&M for a few years now and I have always walked away feeling confident that the work done is thorough. I tell anyone I come across that this is the only shop they should trust and go to. That all this is coming from a single woman should say a lot because it’s not all the time auto shops (a mostly male dominated industry) make us feel secure. They explain things when I ask and they never assume I don’t know anything at all. Love these guys!
