If I could leave a zero star review I would. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. The manager Tricia was the AutoZone employee assisting me and was shockingly unprofessional calling me rude names and even threatening to call the police. The situation only de-escalated when another employee I believe his name was Gage stepped in separated the argument and actually helped me resolve the issue. He was respectful calm and far more qualified to handle the situation. If I were the company I would seriously reconsider who is in charge because Gage demonstrated the kind of professionalism a manager should have.

Huge shout out to David, the manager on shift this morning at AutoZone 03591 in Walton, KY. Installed a new battery in our Subaru in -3 degree wind chill. Wasn’t an easy solution due to the battery compartment, etc but he did it himself, cleaned corrosion off the battery cables, and made sure it was right. Outstanding customer service and why I always choose AutoZone!

Phenomenal team with phenomenal people who truly are there to help. We'll drive out of the way to come here as opposed to going anywhere else. Luther is great !

Always friendly, helpful and have what I need. The manager is great. He goes above and beyond for his customers!
