Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Always happy with the service here. I usually deal with Kaitlyn and Derrick. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I bring my personal and company vehicles here. I've had them do oil changes, diff. Fluid flushes, trans flushes, coolant flushes, air filters, tire rotations. They're always on point and quick. Thank you Derrick and Kaitlyn.

Was at the Walton location yesterday 1/23/26 for an Oil change the employee said they didn't have my oil filter in stock so I called this morning 1/24/26 and the Manager Derrick answered my call and I explained what happened and he had the filter delivered immediately and I was able to come on in. Greatly appreciated his service going above all matters so I could get my service on my car before the storm hits. I recently was going to the Florence location but since walton is closer to me and the staff were extremely helpful and super nice I will now continue to come to the walton location. Thank you so much Valvoline for all that you do for my car needs.

We were having car issues —our car wouldn’t start because the battery wires weren’t connected well on our Mini Cooper. Kaitlyn walked over with my son and fixed it in the parking lot in front of the coffee shop. Not only did they not charge us but she asked if she could help in any other way. You all went above and beyond!! Thank you for helping us get home from our 8 hour trip!!

I make sure when ready for an oil change I'm in this area which is 55 miles away just to come to this Valvoline, the service is always top-notch and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. These guys, though young, know what professionalism means when it comes to running a business. They would be my number one pick of any business I have been to in the last several years! James was so helpful and friendly, he is the kind of young man any person would be proud to say is a friend or family member. I've seen changes in staff here throughout the last three years I've been coming here, and apparently it's the training because they are always so professional.

Dont ever take your vehicle here. The past two times I went there they didnt clean up oil that spilled under the filter and it got all over my garage floor. Now Im trying to get the filter off doing my own change and these idiots put it on so incredibly tight it wont come off. It has marks on the filter where they cranked it down so tight. You would think a place that does oil changes all day long would know how to their job right!
