AutoZone Auto Parts

Ive been on hold now for almost 20 minutes. Called from my business that has an account with them. Dont waste your time. They dont like making money over here. They'd rather put you on hold until you hang up and give your business to others.

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to an associate named Rob. I was greeted immediately after walking in the door in a very friendly manner, which set the tone for the whole visit. Rob went above and beyond to help me find the right windshield wipers for my wife’s car. Not only did he make sure I got the correct ones, but he also offered to help install them and even let me try them on the car before finalizing the purchase to ensure the fit was perfect. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and well spoken throughout the process. His outstanding customer service is exactly why I will continue to come to this AutoZone for all of my future car needs.
