My car suddenly started overheating and I had to stop so it did not overheat. My father came out to help me and found my water pump had failed. We went to autozone and got a new pump. The store manager Donald came and helped my father install the water pump because he did not want my 70 year old father doing this by himself in the rain. I asked him why and he said his dad was about the same age and he wouldn’t let him do this kind of work by himself. I am so grateful for the help he gave us. He went way beyond the call of duty. All he asked me to do was write this review for him. I hope it helps him. Thank you.

Needed some bolts for under my car i just didn't know the exact size. Employees were useless. He told me to YouTube video to figure out what I needed, Google it or go to Nissan. Didn't even try to look like he was helping. Grey shirt manager stood around and also offered no help. I left and gave my business to another store. Will gladly do that going forward too.

Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable staff and management. I had trouble installing wiper blades on my daughters car, apparently in my haste I picked the wrong model for her vehicle (j hook), and didn’t notice until I got home so I had to drive approximately 5 miles back, thankfully I was met with the store manager who’s name escapes me …. Sorry! , however he was GREAT, he confirmed that I had the wrong model and immediately helped me with the right wiper blades and even so far as to give me a discount, all while tending to two registers and other customers!! If you need auto parts I highly recommend this Autozone you will not be disappointed!!
