Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warwick

This was such a positive experience. I was shopping for a Jeep for more than a month and a half every other jeep deal that I went to there was an issue bad communication or something as simple as they did not wanna help me. Everything changed when I reached out to Warwick Jeep Fantastic customer service, fantastic communication, and no dramatics whatsoever. I have to mention that JJ who helped me answered all my questions and old boy that I have questions. He’s a real guy, a real sales person and a real professional.

I make an inspection appointment (simple?) online for 10:30AM on Saturday 12/27 due to my inspection on my 392 Wrangler expiring. Then, without notice, the appointment is rescheduled without my awareness to 8:00AM. I call them, since I’m not available at 8:00AM and no one notified me of the reschedule. They say they don’t know who rescheduled it, but I go away for work on 12/30 and need my Jeep inspected otherwise the City of New York tickets my car in the parking garage. So I ask how late they are open today on 12/26 and the individual in Service says “you can go to the express lane, you don’t need an appointment for an inspection.” I ask how late they are open on Friday, 12/26. They say “6:00PM,” as corroborated by the website. She cancels the appointment. I drive an hour and a half i

JJ was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions. He went out of his way and made sure I was very happy. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle quick and easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease

We have bought every car we ever had from this place. We are very happy with the service we get. Our last 2 vehicles were with the same Salesperson, Sam. We just left there and possibly our next vehicle will be acquired in a couple months. The service dept used to have loaner cars, which were always available when I needed one. That is one service I wish still existed, but like everything else things change. Changes are never better or give more. Changes always give less & take away. The direction of everything in this day & age.

Amazing customer service. I drive 45 miles to service my car instead of going to my local jeep location in the Bronx. Personal is very knowledgeable and respectful. Printed car detail information provided. I don’t feel as if I am being over priced or charged for unnecessary things. I will highly recommend the Warwick location.
