✨ Shout Out to Keith Wilson! ✨ I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Keith twice, and both times he went above and beyond. The first time, I went in with my family to buy a car battery, and Keith impressed me with how efficient, careful, and customer-focused he was. The second time, I only intended to compare prices for another car battery, but his excellent customer service completely won me over—and I ended up buying right there. After the installation, he even checked my car’s overall health status with a diagnostic gadget, which was such a thoughtful extra step. Keith truly goes the extra mile, and because of him, this shop has definitely become my go-to for all my car needs. 🚗🔋👏

I just wanna say thank you to Lisa H and her coworker for helping me out this evening. When my vehicle was overheating they made it feel welcoming and comfortable with trying to distract my two youngins while we waited for the vehicle to cool down and by putting water in it and making sure we got home safe. Which if you’re reading this we did! Thank you again for the two of you!

Overall okay experience, but some of the employee's could definitely polish some common customer service and professionalism skills.

I sent my wife in to pick up a few things for me today. She has no clue what I sent her to get, just a list. She insisted that I leave a review because the guy who helped her was amazing! He was very friendly, helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. I got the parts that I needed. I worry sometimes sending my wife to the parts store for me. Thanks for being helpful and kind!
