My 80 year old mother went in for a battery. They sold her the wrong one even though the car was there. Apparently they don't install them anymore so she took it home where my nephew discovered it was the wrong one. They took it back within the hour (was never installed) and were told they have a no refund policy for batteries. She's out 180$. Real classy AutoZone. Will no longer be doing business personal or commercial with them anymore. Very disappointed

Overpriced but convenient. I used to have a commercial account here and somehow it was deleted out so I don't get any discounts anymore. I only go if I'm in a rush otherwise I drive the extra to go to O'Reilly's where I get my discounts.
