Shout out to Khalil White for great customer service and professionalism when I came in to purchase a new battery. Khalil has only been there for a month or so, but you wouldn't know it based on how he conducts himself. Thank you Khalil for a quick and easy experience. I will be back because of you!

My car battery died and I had nobody to help me. I called AutoZone on Homeville Road in West Mifflin PA. The manager Tony went above and beyond to come help me. He deserves a medal.

I just had the Worst customer service experience here. 7/12/25 930a I called the store to look up cost on shocks. I had to repeat my commercial account number 3 times and the employee gave me attitude about it. I then gave the person my truck information and he was super confused bc I said it backwards huh?!. I didn’t know I had to repeat the truck information a certain way. Yet it was to hard for him to listen. Then I got put on hold for 10 mins when I asked for a different employee. The previous person never gave him my account info. So I had to repeat it all again. I will not be going here and I’ll take my commercial business to Oreilly.

Tony was very helpful and professional with my brand new battery installation and helping me get a proper alternator to be replaced. Definitely will return.
