Discount Tire

Discount Tires has amazing customer service. Every time I am greeted either at my car or there is someone holding the door open for me. There is no sales or upgrade pressure, which is refreshing. Kris was awesome! He put me at ease right away and explained the different tires and features thoroughly. It made me feel that he truly wanted me to understand what I was purchasing. I dropped my car off and they kept me updated with text messages throughout the process. Pickup was quick and easy.

I needed new performance tires to mount on my new custom wheels. They did a great job getting the tires I wanted, then mounting them on the wheels. I was super nervous with how expensive the wheels were, but they got everything done flawlessly. As I waited, I watched the crew work on the other cars. They have a pretty neat process to get cars in and out. I will be back for sure.

Great experience with Discount Tire. I got a flat in a winter tire on Christmas Eve. I called them after the holiday and I went to the store directly to get situated. They put two of my all season tires on and ordered me two new snow tires. They called when those arrived - took a little over a week. Time wise that was fine. I ordered them on a Friday and New Years holiday was in there also. Lots of off time. I got those two new tires installed and put the al seasons back in the shed. Both when I called and the times I went the employees were very polite and professional. Every one there was great. They listened to me and what I needed done. Prices are fantastic. Customer service is way above the norm- excellent customer service. You get updates on your car as your sitting there via text. B

This place put a rim and tire on that we took in to fix that was cracked. They let him drive on a death trap only to say my bad we put the bad one on NOT the new one you just bought and paid for. Never again. Photo is of said bad rim. They did however give 3 free tires in lieu of their mistake.

I had a flat tire and thought it was best to get brand new ones put on. Reached out to Discount Tire on Monday, ordered new tires (which came in early), and I just had my appointment today (2/26). I know nothing about tires, and everyone here was nice and tremendously helpful. I will for sure be back for my future tire needs!
