I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by David while he was stocking the shelf’s. I went in to buy new windshield wipers. I was trying to change my wipers while it was snowing yesterday and had a hard time changing the adapter so they would fit on my car. As I was struggling I heard someone behind me say “let me get that for you” and what do you know, it was David! His customer service was exceptional. He got my wipers on in no time.

Needed help with a rear right blinker, A guy came out from around the corner and helped with everything. I couldn’t be happier since it is a work vehicle and I transport professional people. I wish I got his name- Feb15 11:26AM

Horrible customer service, asked for a battery change, and the guy refused. Instead of explaining to us, he was being rude and not willing to help us at all. Horrible.

It was a very bad and unpleasant experience with the salesman at the checkout. I needed oil and filters for my car, but the guy was emotionally angry. When I asked him which brands of filters he had, he became even more angry and started rudely tapping on his screen. I turned around and went to the nearest Advants Auto Part, where they kindly helped me and suggested the best options for my needs!

I went here to purchase windshield wiper fluid and Rain-X. What should be a simple purchase turned into me standing at the counter for 10 minutes while the store associate was talking to somebody else and it wasn't another customer. Finally, the manager came out and told the associate to help us. The store itself is clean and well organized and this wouldn't stop me from going there again. However, this associate could have clearly done better. And I don't put names of associates out there because for all I know is they could have been having a bad day. But nonetheless, I shouldn't have had to wait 10 minutes when there was nobody else in line just to purchase windshield wiper fluid.
