This is the only place I come to for my vehicles, each and every time seems to be a better experience than the last. They are the most professional employees and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you have whatever it may be. Big THanks to Tammy who helped me today and both Brian's for helping me the last time. I visited this location a few weeks ago to purchase a headlight bulb for my 2016 Toyota RAV4. The gentleman working that evening, who I believe was the manager, asked how many light sockets the vehicle had and whether the bulb was for the high beam. I explained that I wasn’t sure and only knew that the headlight was not working. He repeatedly asked the same questions, and when I suggested he could step outside to take a quick look, he refused. As a result, I left without getting any help. About a week later, I went to Advance Auto Parts just down the street. The employee there immediately identified that I needed a 9012 bulb. I purchased it and replaced the bulb in the parking lot without any issue. I don’t plan to return to this AutoZone.

It was a dark and snowy night … and one of my wipers popped off when I was trying to get the ice off. Broken. So cold out, but the young man replaced my wipers for me. Told me I didn’t have to come outside with him. I’m SO GRATEFUL! Will make my morning so much easier. Thanks for the 8pm wiper switch-out! I’ll be back!!

I came here to get a new brake light and was sold the wrong one. Once I called the store, Jim answered the phone and was very rude. I told him that the light they sold me wasn’t the correct one and he says he can’t tell me anything over the phone. I only asked for him to look it up and see if I was sold the correct one. My friend was trying to help me explain and he cut us off and said in a rude tone, “how many people am i talking to??” My friend gave him the reference number and asked him to look. We explained that the one he sold us has an extra piece on it that mine doesn’t have. I asked if this is the correct bulb, can you just look at it and see if the piece Im referring to comes off or something. He said he needs to see it in person, I advised him the car is clearly already taken apa
