I went to AutoZone to get my battery checked and ended up needing a new one. The employee who helped me, Charlie, was the epitome of polite, diagnosed the issue quickly, and replaced my battery with the utmost care and expertise. I even signed up for the rewards—not because I’d been pressured to in any way, but because I felt like I’d come to the right place. Will definitely be back for any automotive needs!

Showed up at 8:20 with a failing vehicle and children with me in need of a battery and the employee thought about it for about 5 minutes and said you know what I can’t change a battery it’s after hours (they close at 9). I know it was cutting it close but you can tell he was debating and ultimately chose himself over the customer. Thank god I didn’t turn the car off in the parking lot. Last trip that I make to autozone.

I called here to ask if they had a part in stock, and the guy that answered the phone was so ignorant, when he answered, i could not make out what he said, and when i asked if this was auto zone, he VERY ignorant says “thats what i said” i said excuse me i couldnt understand you, “well what you need” was how he follows up, i just hung up, VERY ignorant, dont be nasty with me because you hate your job clearly! Will never go back here or try too

Skye is a life saver! I had such a difficult day and even though it was something small he made everything so much better! So much fun to talk to, super nice, and just went over and beyond for myself and my mother! Truly amazing!

I came to your store, my car has a check engine light, I asked your Sky staff to check it, he did not agree to it, I asked him to please, he spoke very rudely to me, this is not right , because I am a customer , I wanted to buy a lot of things from here and I changed my mind.
