It’s not often you find someone who is both skilled and genuinely helpful. Berto went out of his way to make sure the problem was taken care of, and he did it with a great attitude and professionalism. Boyfriend was in store 3005 Waughtown St. Winston Salem,NC 27107 Today within 30mins ago Man was on phone and boyfriend notice young lady at the other register he said since you on the phone I'll take my items to her because she wasn't doing anything. Man snatching items and begin ringing him up while still on phone... Boyfriend told the man he was rude for the treatment he gave him.. Man left his register and follow my boyfriend out to his truck, with intentions to fight him. My boyfriend has had a stroke and a heart attack......... Please get back in touch with me and let me know how you are going to handle this problem...

I had recently purchased wiper blades from an AutoZone in Greensboro; it was only until I tried to install them when I noticed that I couldn’t. I came to this AutoZone because I work in Winston; when I walked in I was greeted by Brandon B, he asked if I needed anything and I asked him if he could take a look at my wipers for me and explained what the issue was and he immediately stated that he would most certainly help me. It took him about 5 minutes to install the proper attachments for my blades, he was professional, polite, and timely. I appreciate his assistance and thank AutoZone dearly for having great and prompt customer service. I will indeed continue shopping at AutoZone for ALL of my automotive needs.
