Angel not only sold us a new battery for the Lexus but he installed it in the cold and dark and returned the $20 Tip I gave him saying “Hey No Problem” my pleasure said he!!!! Amazing plus he did it in ten minutes!!!!!

Angel helped replace my car battery. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I’ve had several good experiences with the staff at this store. Highly recommend them.

Karla did an amazing job helping us get the parts we needed, she was polite and respectful. Later returned due to a mouse chance from other AZ in town we returned to the West Valley location and Karla and Angel went above and beyond to help us find the part we were hunting for. This is now our go to parts store.

Worst customer service! Multiple times I’ve gone in and received no help. Employees just stare at me and expect me to have the answers. Other locations are helpful. Ace spent 10 minutes trying to help me with what I wanted, but autozone employees didn’t move.
