Christina (store manager) was very helpful, friendly, and energetic. She assisted me with no hesitation. Great service, and she is an even better person!

The manager was incredibly helpful. We got stranded in our rv in the walmart parking lot on our way through town and she not only ordered the part asap so we could get it the next day but then drove it over to us so we wouldn't have to walk over to AutoZone to get it. She was friendly and personable. We were so impressed!

They weren't able to put my battery in at the store because of the placement in my vehicle, but the store manager called one of the employees, Fred, to see if he could assist, and he came out to my house and installed it for me with no problem. Thanks for the great customer service.

Had a great experience at the Yazoo City Autozone! Some friends and myself were on a vacation trip and we were about 4-5 hours from the house when we started having car problems. Stopped at the Autozone to get a battery check. We were greeted as we came in the door! Justin came out and checked our system, it was looking like it might be an alternator. We went in to check price and availability. After Justin looked it up and gave us the price this was when I told him I was a SM at an Autozone! Justin did a great job, he offered me WITT, and was very professional. Justin then had Austin(red shirt) install our battery! Austin did a great job and was very quick and friendly, and easy to talk to!! Would like to say thank to you both and job well done!
