Terrible customer service. Nothing about this establishment is professional. When you hold them accountable, they will harass you, and do anything possible to give you a hard time. Save your self the hassle. None of the reviews on the website are real. Also just FYI its a law the you have 20 days past your due date to pay your car payment before they can reposes your car. They cant stand when you know the law which is why they locked me out of my account. Also I have recordings of customers complaining about this car dealership. I have my lawyer on standby just in case they illegally tow my vehicle.

So happy with our purchase. Quinn was very helpful, and got us into a new car in no time!!! Everyone is very nice and super helpful! I would definitely recommend this place for your new car!

all I'm saying is they need to slow down trying to just sell a car and explain things to people better. I was told to bring in 2 stubs. and then another lady told me I could just show other direct deposits. I left work early. ubered there to get there before they closed. just for when I give them my stubs , get denied because the ytd doesn't show 90 days of actual work even though I tried to explain I had to take time off for maternity , which I could have provided proof if I was asked for. so here I am now having to Uber back home at this point and lost out on 2 hours of my job when all this could have been explained on the phone. also Anthony is rude, as we are in the process of talking during the short 5 minutes we even were, he jus accepts a call and starts talking on his phone. so hon

I don’t understand how this place is open. I’ve had my car for a total of 14 days and they won’t fix any of the problems. That’s sad. I pay my car payment on time and I still have to fix the mechanical issues that probably occurred before I even bought the car. I haven’t even had a car for a month
